Mini Pizza Bites

Ingredients:

• 4 Ballymore Crust Bagels €1.49 (450g)
• 120g Cucina Pizza sauce €1.85 (300g)
• Everyday Essentials Mozzarella Cheese €0.65 (200g)
• The Deli Smoked Mild Pepperoni Slices (or a selection of your favourite pizza toppings) €1.39 (120g)

Method:

1. Preheat the oven to 190°C.
2. Cut the bagels into small pieces and place on a baking sheet.
3. Spread a spoonful of pizza sauce on each of the bagel bases.
4. Cut up and place the mozzarella cheese on top of the sauce.
5. Add a few pepperoni slices or your favorite pizza toppings on top.
6. Bake in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
7. Allow the mini pizza bites to cool, then pack them in lunchboxes.

Fruit Kebabs with Yogurt Dip

Ingredients:

• 150g Nature’s Pick Strawberries €2.49 (227g)
• 150g Nature’s Pick Mixed Grapes €2.79 (500g)
• 150g of Nature’s Pick Honeydew Melon €2.29 each
• 150g of Nature’s Pick Pineapple €1.19 each
• 240g Brooklea Greek yogurt €1.89 (500g)
• 2 tablespoons Grandessa Honey €1.85 (454g)
• ½ teaspoon Ready, Set…Cook! Cinnamon (optional) €0.69 (40g)

Method:

1. Wash and prepare the fruit by cutting it into bite-sized pieces.
2. Place the fruit pieces onto wooden skewers.
3. For the yogurt dip, mix the Greek yogurt with honey for sweetness and a pinch of cinnamon for flavour.
