Raspberry Kiss 

Ingredients 

• 100ml Blush’d Irish Gin €21.99 (70cl)
• 3 Nature’s Pick Limes €0.79 (3 Pack)
• 4 fresh Nature’s Pick Basil Leaves €0.99 (25g) – keep a couple aside to garnish
• 130g fresh Nature’s Pick Raspberries €2.29 (150g)– keep a few to garnish
• Gianni’s Ice Cubes €0.89 (2kg)

Method

1. Juice one of the limes.
2. Put all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker.
3. Fill with ice and shake vigorously.
4. Strain into 2 glasses.
5. Decorate with some lime slices, a fresh basil leaf and raspberries.
6. For a longer drink, pour into tumblers, add some ice cubes and top up with sparkling elderflower water.

Ingredients

• 100ml Greyson’s Pink Gin €20.79 (70cl)
• 100ml Vive Sparkling White Lemonade €0.69 (2l)
• 50ml Costellore Prosecco Frizzante €6.21 (75cl)
• 4 Nature’s Pick Raspberries €2.29 (150g)
• Gianni’s Ice Cubes €0.89 (2kg)

 Method

1. Fill 2 large glasses with ice, add the gin and lemonade and top with the Prosecco.
2. Garnish with the raspberries. Enjoy!
