161 ALDI Ireland stores stock NutriQuick healthy meals

Irish supplier NutriQuick and ALDI have signed a new deal worth over €10 million to supply healthy ready meals and protein pots to the discount retailer.

Having supplied the retailer since 2019, the new deal will extend ALDI’s relationship with NutriQuick for three more years. NutriQuick supply ALDI Ireland’s 161 stores with healthy, nutritious, ready meals, which have proven hugely popular as the perfect meal option for shoppers with a busy and active lifestyle.

The fresh €10m investment will allow NutriQuick to invest in expanding its facility, upgrade its product line with kettles and pass-through ovens, expand production, and enhance its sustainability objectives. The supplier, based in Blessington, Co. Wicklow, will also create five new jobs as part of the extended contract.
