Vegan Gravy Recipe:

Serves: 4

Prep time: 10 mins

Cook time: 45 mins


1 Nature’s Pick Celery Stick

1 Nature’s Pick Carrot

1 Nature’s Pick Onion

1 Clove of Nature’s Pick Garlic

100g Egan’s Chestnut Mushrooms

15ml Solesta Rapeseed Oil

35ml Asia Specialties Light Soy Sauce

600ml Boiling Water

1 tbsp Stonemill Paprika

1 tsp Cucina Tomato Purée

Stonemill White Pepper


  1. Peel the onion and carrot and chop with the celery.
  2. Peel and mince the garlic.
  3. Add them all to a pan with the oil and sauté.
  4. Add the water, soy sauce, paprika, tomato purée and pepper.
  5. Chop the mushrooms and add.
  6. Cover and simmer for 40 minutes.
  7. Strain the mix through a sieve and serve.

Apple & Walnut Stuffing – a gluten free, sweet and crunchy vegan stuffing.

Serves: 6 people

Prep time: 15 minutes

Cooking time: 40 minutes


1 large Nature’s Fruit Cooking Apple

50g The Pantry Walnuts, finely chopped

1 Nature’s Pick Onion, finely chopped

1 Nature’s Pick Celery Stick, finely chopped

2 Cloves of Nature’s Pick Garlic

1 Quixo Vegetable Stock Cube

120ml Boiling Water

100ml The Juice Company Apple Juice

200g The Foodie Market Milled Linseed

1 tsp Stonemill thyme or Sage

20ml Solesta Olive Oil

Stonemill Sea Salt and Black Pepper


  1. Pre-heat the oven to 180°C.
  2. Dissolve the stock cube in the boiling water.
  3. Peel and mince the garlic.
  4. Peel and core the apple, then finely chop the flesh.
  5. In a large frying pan, sauté the onion and celery in the olive oil until just softened.
  6. Add the linseed, garlic, diced apple, dried herbs, stock and apple juice, slowly mixing until thickened.
  7. Add the walnuts and seasoning to the stuffing and mix well.
  8. Transfer to a baking dish and cook for 30 minutes until browned.
