Try out the refreshing Gingle Bells, festive Flat White Martini, warming Spiced Honey Cocktail, or crisp Sparkling Cranberry Cocktail. Whether you’re hosting a New Year’s Eve bash or having a low-key night with your nearest and dearest, these tasty tipples are surefire crowd-pleasers.

Gingle Bells 

Count down to midnight with this light, refreshing cocktail. Made using the award-winning Boyle’s Irish Gin €24.99 and topped with zingy cranberry juice, it’s gin-credible! 

Ingredients (Serves 1)

• 50ml Boyle’s Irish Gin 70cl €24.99 

• 25ml The Pantry Lemon Juice 200ml €0.49

• 15ml The Juice Company Cranberry Juice Drink 1l €0.89

• Ready, Set…Cook! Ground Cinnamon 40g €0.69 

• Slice of Nature’s Pick Loose Lemon €0.45 each

• 2 tsp The Pantry Granulated Sugar 1kg €1.39

Method

1. Shake the gin, lemon juice and sugar with cubed ice and strain over freshly crushed ice in a rocks glass.
2. Drizzle over cranberry juice.
3. Sprinkle with cinnamon and garnish with a lemon slice.

Spiced Honey Cocktail

Warm the cockles and spice things up with this rum-based tipple, made using award-winning Old Hopking Spiced Gold Spirit Drink €19.59 and Costellore Prosecco Spumante Doc €11.99. 

Ingredients (Serves 1)

• 70ml Old Hopking Spiced Gold Spirit Drink Made with Caribbean Rum & Flavourings 70cl €19.59 

• ½ Fresh Nature’s Pick Lime 3 Pack €0.69, juiced 

• ¼ tsp Grandessa 100% Pure Squeezy Honey 454g €1.69 

• Nature’s Pick Mint Herb Pack 25g €0.99

• Costellore Prosecco Spumante Doc 75cl €11.99

• Gianni’s Ice Cubes 2kg €0.89

Method

1. Put the rum, lime juice and honey, along with most of the mint leaves and ice cubes, into a cocktail shaker, and shake well.
2. Strain and pour into a Champagne coupe.
3. Top with Prosecco, a couple of ice cubes and a fresh mint leaf.

Flat White Martini

This fun, innovative twist on the espresso martini can be made using Saint Gérmont Vodka €22.99 and the Specially Selected Luxury Edition Irish Cream Liqueur€14.99. Perfect for coffee lovers!

Ingredients (Serves 2)

• 20ml of Saint Gérmont Vodka 70cl €22.99

• 40ml Specially Selected Luxury Edition Irish Cream Liqueur 1l €14.99 

• 1 tsp of Grandessa 100% Pure Squeezy Honey 454g €1.69

• 1 small Alcafé 5 Espresso Coffee Beans 227g €2.49

• Gianni’s Ice Cubes 2kg €0.89

Method 

1. Pour all the ingredients into a shaker.
2. Add ice and shake thoroughly.
3. Strain into a coupe or martini glass.
4. Garnish with coffee beans.

Sparkling Cranberry Cocktail

Enjoy this simple, satisfying sparkling aperitif made with just Cava Brut €11.49 and cranberry juice – it couldn’t be easier to create, and cheers to that! 

Ingredients (Serves 1)

• 35ml The Juice Company Cranberry Juice Drink 1l €0.89

• 1 tsp Pomegranate Seeds, Nature’s Pick Loose Pomegranate €0.49 each

• Contevedo Cava Brut 75cl €11.49

Method

1. Pour cranberry juice into a Champagne glass.
2. Add the pomegranate seeds and top up with Cava Brut.
