EGG-STRA SPECIAL JOB ALERT! ALDI LAUNCHES NATIONWIDE SEARCH FOR CHIEF EASTER EGG TASTING OFFICER

• ALDI is calling on chocolate lovers from across Ireland to take on the role of a lifetime

ALDI has launched a nationwide search to find their next Irish ‘Chief Easter Egg Tasting Officer’. From chocoholics and chocolate lovers to self-confessed chocolate connoisseurs, ALDI is welcoming applicants of all ages to take on the ultimate Easter challenge.

Three lucky applicants will land the job of a lifetime, honing their tasting skills as they receive and review ALDI’s range of Easter eggs. Recruits will be asked to share their thoughts on taste, texture, and appearance, and most importantly, winners’ insights will impact the selection across Irish stores for 2024!

This egg-citing role is open to applicants of all ages across Ireland; the only criteria are a love of sweet treats, thoughtful taste buds, and an appreciation for new and exciting flavours.

Candidates will need to create a short audition video (approximately one minute long, recorded via smartphone) and submit it to easteregg@aldi.ie explaining why they should be chosen for the world’s sweetest job. Entrants should include examples of their favourite ALDI chocolate and any other sweet tales that may help them pip others to the post. The deadline for entries is 15th March. Successful applicants will receive their products to sample from 20th March. So, what are you waiting for?
